Power over your life, a myth
Most of us have wondered at least once, if we truly possess the power to affect or even change the course of our lives. And generally, the first answer is, no we don’t have that power. This short response can be backed up with multiple reasons why this is the case, making it very difficult to prove otherwise. You are not your mind, make a conscious decision to silence the negative chatter, so that your toughts can serve you.
Start the change with you - As external events are not under your control, focus on you and on what you can influence.
Your ability to put things into perceptive will help you amplify or decrease the impact of external circumstances.
